There were times that Darren and I couldn’t even bring up thoughts we were having to each other as we were ashamed of what was going through our minds.

It also helps Darren and me as I usually ask him to read over things or ask him if I am sharing too much about him and if is he okay with it. This generates conversations between us that help us communicate better.
